Delete Your MarQ Account

You can delete your MarQ account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

Delete from the App (Recommended)

Open MarQ and sign in
Tap your profile icon to open the Profile screen
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion in the dialog

This immediately deletes your cloud account, authentication data, and all synced watermark history.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and authentication data
Cloud-synced watermark history (if you signed in)
Any data stored in Firebase associated with your account

Note: Local data stored on your device is not accessible to us and is not affected by account deletion. To delete local data, go to your device Settings > Apps > MarQ > Clear Data, or uninstall the app.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to delete your account from the app, send us an email from the Google account you used to sign in:

Email requests are typically processed within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
